We had a great
Thursday.
We started with some silent
reading. It seems we don’t get a lot of time for that so I try to let
them do that at least once a week for bell work.
In math we played Scoot using
coins. They had to count the coins and write the correct amount in
the box.
In reading we worked with a
partner. They compared facts and then came up with 10 for each book we
read about Abraham Lincoln.
We wrote our words Rainbow
style for spelling.
We went to computers today.
We also finished our read
aloud. We finished A Wrinkle in Time. I wanted them to hear it in
book form before seeing the movie.
