We had another great day in third grade.
We worked with area today. We reviewed it first. Many are still confusing it with perimeter (the distance around an object).
I reading we finished our Boxcar Children book. We also went to computers today.
We were given time to work on Poetry Ringo today, as well. I also told them they may take it home to work on at home, as long as they return it each day. Remember parents, please look up poets and find one appropriate for your child. Some of the poets listed write for adults, as well as children.
We worked with lower case w and capital W today.
In science we started our oil and water observation.
