First off, we are in third
place in the Box Top Challenge. We are very close to the second place
spot. Please send any box tops you might have.
We started by reading or
finishing work we hadn’t completed for one reason or another.
In math we worked with
equivalent fractions, as well as adding and subtracting fractions.
In reading we read a story
about children playing a game. We answered questions and unscrambled
words. The questions included some open-ended ones that I can’t wait to
read.
We did some reading review
this afternoon. We are going over questions and explaining why certain
answers are right or wrong.
In writing workshop today, we
designed our own “Peep.” Then we wrote clues about them. Tomorrow
we will guess which one goes with each set of clues.

going to send snacks for testing as soon as possible.
