We had a great first day of
the week!
We started with a money
review. We also had some logic questions we had to answer. We
worked through these together as a class.
In math we finished the
perimeter packet that we have been working on.
In reading we read one of my
all-time favorite books, Chalk Box Kid. Ask your child about it.
We then had to summarize by writing about the beginning, middle, and end.
We also drew and labeled the main character.
We went to the library for
research on our Oklahoma person. We will go back to the library for more
research this Friday.
In spelling we wrote our
words rainbow style.
I handed out attendance
tickets to those who didn’t miss any school last week. We also got
tickets for the two days in the previous week.
