We had a great day back.
We started by doing some
silent reading for bell work.
In math we counted
money. We will be working with money this week.
In reading we started our new
SRA packets. These are due next Tuesday. We also read some books
about George Washington and Abe Lincoln.
We also worked with choosing
the correct word from a word bank and combining sentences.
In social studies we worked
on using a map scale and reading a map.
I had a dentist appointment
in the afternoon, so there was a substitute.
